Payment and Refund Policy

• All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Membership Auto-Charge and Cancellation Policy

• By enrolling in an ongoing membership plan (Confident MamaBear Society), you authorize LittleBearServices LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) until you cancel.

• Membership charges will be automatically billed on the renewal date of your subscription.

• You may cancel your membership at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting us at jaimiezaki@Littlebearlactation.com.

• To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

• No refunds will be issued for unused portions of your membership or for failure to cancel before the renewal date.

Access and Use

• Access to our classes and materials is provided on a non-transferable basis. Sharing login credentials or granting access to others is strictly prohibited.

• We reserve the right to revoke access without notice if we detect unauthorized use or violation of these Terms.

Terms of Enrollment

• By enrolling in this course, you consent to being added to our email list for the purpose of receiving course login information, breastfeeding education, and related tips. You may unsubscribe at any time without affecting your course access.

Disclaimer of Results

• We make no guarantees or promises regarding specific outcomes from participating in our classes or workshops. Results may vary based on individual circumstances, and success depends on your implementation of the information provided.

Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, LittleBearServices LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our education, support, or services. This includes, but is not limited to, outcomes related to breastfeeding, parenting decisions, or perceived financial or emotional losses.

Binding Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
